Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)​​

Helps you drop the exhausting fight with difficult thoughts and pivot your energy toward actions that align with your true values.

Explores how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are interconnected, giving you practical tools to identify and rewire unhelpful mental loops or habits.

Cognitive Behavioral

Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Provides practical strategies to help you regulate intense moods, tolerate distress, and ride out overwhelming emotional tidal waves.

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)​​

ERP and other exposure-based therapies are highly effective for OCD and anxiety disorders. We stay by your side to help you work through your fears and break the cycle of compulsions and avoidance.

Schema Therapy (ST)

Helps you wade through old childhood survival blueprints, quiet your harshest inner critic, and rewrite your emotional patterns. Helpful for complex trauma and relational difficulties.

Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP)

Uses the genuine, real-time relationship built right there in the therapy room to practice and heal your real-world connections.

We have deep roots in science-backed models of trauma processing.

 

We also hold that trauma can be complex, rooted in a vast web of systemic oppression and childhood wounds, and require a deeper contextual understanding.

All of our providers are trained in at least one of the two most well-studied trauma processing modalities: Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). 

We also each have different styles of working more flexibly when these more traditional approaches are not a good fit for your needs. With a grounding in science and a flexible perspective, providers also may incorporate:

  • Written Exposure Therapy (WET)

  • Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET)

  • Schema Therapy (ST)

  • Lifespan Integration (LI)

  • Coherence Therapy 

  • Trauma-focused CBT (TF-CBT)
