Hello, and welcome! I’m Justine, the Practice Coordinator for the clinic. I’m here to make sure your experience with our practice is as smooth, welcoming, and stress-free as possible.

My Role

You can think of me as your go-to person for the practical side of your care, including:

Intake Coordination: I help to guide new and returning clients through an organized and straightforward intake process, ensuring you have what you need to get started.
Billing & Financial Navigation: I handle our billing operations and am always available to help you understand and manage the financial aspects of your care.
Frontline Communication: I receive all incoming voicemails and emails to our main practice email and phone number. I’m here to answer your questions and make sure your needs are promptly directed to the right place.
Practice Administration: I oversee our daily administrative workflows behind the scenes, supporting our clinical staff so they can dedicate their full attention to you.

My Background

I’ve spent my career in healthcare administration, and I have a lot of experience navigating the world of health insurance. My greatest passion is helping people successfully navigate our complex healthcare system, and I am happy to help you navigate your out-of-network benefits so that you can access the care you need.

On a personal note, I'm a mom and a cat lover. I'm also an all around nerd with a love for poetry, manhwa, all things spooky, and an oddly specific fascination with historical deeds and plat maps.
